What is the difference between Catalog and Online Store?
Catalog is a WooCommerce product website with cart and checkout disabled, designed for enquiries, WhatsApp conversations and quotation-based sales. Online Store adds direct online ordering, payment and shipping.
How many products are included?
Catalog includes up to 30 initial products, Online Store includes up to 50, and Store Plus includes up to 100. You can add more products yourself after launch.
Can I add products myself later?
Yes. WooCommerce remains available for your team to add products after launch. Additional manual product population by Visiona is available as an add-on.
Does Visiona upload my products?
Yes, within the initial product quantity included in your selected plan and using the materials you provide.
Can customers pay directly on the website?
Yes, with Online Store and Store Plus. Catalog is intentionally designed for enquiry-based sales rather than cart and checkout.
Which payment gateways are supported?
One Visiona-supported standard gateway integration is included for Online Store and Store Plus. Merchant registration, KYC, approval and transaction fees remain with the gateway account owner.
Which shipping integrations are supported?
One Visiona-supported standard shipping integration is included for Online Store and Store Plus. Requirements outside the supported setup are quoted separately or reviewed as Custom Commerce.
Who pays gateway transaction fees?
The client pays transaction fees directly to their selected payment gateway. Visiona is responsible for the agreed technical integration and testing.
Can I still sell on Shopee or Tokopedia?
Yes. Your website can be the home of your brand alongside marketplace sales, giving you more control over product education, campaigns, and customer relationships.
Does Instant Commerce sync inventory and orders with marketplaces?
Not by default. Automatic inventory and order synchronization with marketplaces such as Shopee or Tokopedia requires an omnichannel setup and is available through Custom Commerce.
What happens after the first year?
You can renew Commerce Care at the annual price for your plan. The first-year development fee is not charged again.
What does annual Commerce Care include?
It includes hosting, domain, SSL, WordPress, WooCommerce, Blocksy and plugin updates, backups, monitoring, payment and shipping plugin maintenance, email checks and standard technical support.
Can I move the website to another host?
Yes. Your WordPress website and business material remain yours. Visiona-managed hosting, support and premium tooling end when the site moves away from the managed service.
What if I need ERP or POS integration?
ERP, POS, multi-warehouse, custom B2B pricing and other deep integrations are Custom Commerce requirements and need a separate project scope.
What is the difference between Instant Commerce and Custom Commerce?
Instant Commerce uses a fixed-price, standardized WooCommerce production system for standard stores. Custom Commerce is designed around complex operations, integrations or bespoke customer journeys.
