Your rights and responsibilities when using Visiona services, from accounts and payments to content ownership.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the software, applications, extensions, products, and other services we provide through visiona.id (the Services).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any other policies and procedures we publish through the Services from time to time.
You means any individual or organization that uses the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of someone else or an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
VISIONA, Visiona Digital Agency, we, us, and our refer collectively to Visiona.
Where an account is required, you agree to provide complete, accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping it secure, including keeping your password confidential.
We may restrict access until we can verify your account information. We may also suspend or deactivate an account if we believe it has been compromised.
The Services are not intended for children and must not be used by anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
We cannot review all content uploaded or provided by users, or every third-party website linked to the Services. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that your website complies with applicable laws.
Links to or from the Services do not mean that we endorse a third-party website or its content. Take appropriate precautions to protect yourself and your systems from harmful content.
Some Services require payment. By using a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees and taxes that apply to your chosen plan or service.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We may change fees or features in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Refunds are available only where required by law or expressly provided for in the policy for the relevant Service.
If you share comments, ideas, or feedback with us, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.
You confirm that your use of the Services will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, interfere with our systems, disclose another person’s private information, or use the Services for unlawful activities or harmful content.
Websites and accounts: You retain the rights to the content you publish on your website and remain responsible for it. We may provide HTTPS, Visiona attribution, and domain services through third parties, subject to the applicable terms.
E-commerce services: You are responsible for your store, transactions, products, shipping, returns, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to your e-commerce activities.
Full-service packages: The scope of work, materials, number of products, and delivery timeline are determined by your package and the applicable service agreement.
Artificial intelligence: You are responsible for the inputs you provide to AI features, how you use their outputs, and compliance with applicable laws.
If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please notify us.
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights belonging to Visiona or third parties to you. Using the Services does not grant you any right or license to reproduce or use Visiona’s trademarks or those of a third party.
Third-party services are subject to their providers’ own terms and policies. We do not review, endorse, or control those services, and we do not guarantee that they will work as intended.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Changes take effect when published or after notice is given. By continuing to use the Services after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
We may end or restrict your access to all or part of the Services if we believe you have breached these Terms or your use creates an unacceptable risk. You may stop using the Services or cancel your subscription in accordance with the applicable service terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as is. We do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or available at all times without interruption.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, this agreement and your access to or use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
To the extent permitted by law, Visiona is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Visiona harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience. If interpretations differ, the version we designate as the primary version will prevail.
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a right does not mean that we waive it.
